- Maximum age should be 50 years for Scientist D (Radiology)
- Maximum age should be 40 years for Scientist C (nuclear medicine)

- Post Graduate Degree in relevant field (radiology/nuclear medicine).
- Experience and practice in the relevant field (radiology/nuclear medicine)
DRDO RAC Recruitment 2023-Application Fee
- For General, OBC and EWS male candidates: Rs. 100/‐
- For the SC, ST, Handicapped & Women candidates- No fee
- The fee can be paid online only. This fee amount is non-transferable and non-refundable and it is required to be paid at the time of DRDO RAC application time.

DRDO RAC Recruitment 2023– Exam Date
- The DRDO RAC exam date and admit card release date will be disclosed subsequent to the completion of the application process. It is expected that the DRDO RAC examination is scheduled for December 2023.
- Each paper will grant candidates a three-hour duration.
- There will be no negative marking.
- A total of 300 marks will be allotted for each examination.
